Receivables Management

Receivables Management provides tools to track and manage receivables in your lending program. Use this API to:

  • Retrieve individual receivable details
  • List and filter receivables by customer, type, repayment status, or due date
  • Generate balance reports to understand upcoming purchase obligations

Receivables can be of different types:

  • bankReceivable - Receivables owed to the bank
  • orgReceivable - Receivables owed to the organization
  • capitalPartnerReceivable - Receivables owed to the capital partner

Billing statuses

Receivable balances move through four billing statuses over a statement cycle. These statuses appear on the Account Receivables Daily Snapshot as totalRemaining*Balance fields:

  • Current - This cycle's balance, not yet billed.
  • Billed - Balance placed on the most recent statement.
  • Minimum due - The portion of the billed balance required to be paid this cycle.
  • Past due - A required minimum that wasn't paid by the due date. Days past due (daysPastDue) starts counting and resets to zero once nothing is past due.
